LOOP | Information Technology Service Desk Manager

Job Duties:

Manage the Service Desk team.
Dispatch service requests.
Develop and maintain processes and process documentation.
Mentor and grow the Service Desk team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of IT management experience
Experience working in an MSP environment
Strong communication skills
Great customer service skills
Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or IT certifications strongly preferred
